Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase. To request a return, contact us at nsfamily990@gmail.com before sending the item. If approved, we’ll provide a return label and instructions. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported immediately. Certain items, including personalized/custom products, perishables, personal care goods, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards, are non-returnable.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional processing time. For EU orders, customers have a 14-day cancellation/return right subject to applicable conditions.
